Where can I pay my bill?

You may pay your bill:

  • By mail to the payment address on your billing statement.
  • Online on our payment site ( )

  • By meeting with a financial counselor at the hospital/facility where your services were performed.

When will I receive a bill?

Patients who are self-pay or have no insurance will receive a bill shortly after your hospital visit. Patients who have insurance will receive a bill for any remaining balance after the insurance company has processed the claim.

Do you accept credit cards or offer payment plans?

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express via our automated attendant @ 1-866-903-0436 , online at, or by contacting our customer service department @ 1-866-903-0436.

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment arrangements are available by contacting our customer service department @ 1-866-903-0436. You can also make payment arrangements through MyChart.

Can I pay a little now and the rest later?

Paying a little at a time (without making formal payment arrangements with our customer service representative ) will not prevent an account from going to a collection agency. You can setup a formal payment arrangement by contacting the Central Business Office (CBO) @ 1-866-903-0436 or through MyChart.

What if I can't pay/don't have the money/can't afford to pay my bill?

Call the Central Business Office at 1-866-903-0436. to discuss your situation with a customer service representative. Hours are Monday – Friday 8 am – 6:30 pm ET / 7 am – 5:30 pm CST.
